unfixed glitches

there are so many glitches on cowcow and nobody seems to want to fix them. i think cowcow could actually be a better website than cafepress or zazzle but the people in charge just don't care. they put up a half @ss forum that you cant even post on plus a website that doesn't work most of the time with no actual customers to buy(then have the nerve to ask for you to pay for a store!). for why? for what point? to be even more p!ssed when there is an unfixed glitch or when you contact customer service & they have no idea how the website even works? its ridiculous & they really should be ashamed.
